Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Packaging/Cultivation associate to join our team. The position will be responsible for managing inventory levels, packaging products, weighing and filling orders and ensuring accurate stock levels to meet customer demands. This is a hybrid position, and the applicant will also work in the cultivation side working with the plants; cloning, stripping, transplanting, harvesting, and deep cleaning rooms. Packaging and Cultivation Associate Full Time Skills:
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining order and accuracy with records Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to find and solve problems on your own Self-motivation to address issues as seen regardless of external inputs Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team Positive attitude day in and day out Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work Desire and ability to take ownership over your work Additional Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older to apply Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. regularly Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
