Job Description
Down Home Processing is a family-owned meat processing facility dedicated to providing high-quality products and processing to our customers. We take pride in our work and are looking for dependable individuals who want to be part of a growing team. Position Overview We are currently hiring for positions in our processing department . Processing Department Duties Operating meat grinders and processing equipment Cutting and trimming meat products Packaging finished products Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual individuals Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and handle products throughout the workday Previous experience is helpful but not required We provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. As you gain experience, additional responsibilities and higher-paying positions become available. Schedule Day Shift Monday-Friday Approximately 40 hours per week Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $15.00 per hour Opportunity for growth within the company
