Job Description

Production Lead — Bilingual English/Spanish Required Part-time

  • Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Occasional Fridays About the role We're a small, fast-growing product company in Heber looking for an experienced production lead to own the daily operation of our assembly floor.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be supervising a team of 5-8, keeping multiple production lines moving simultaneously, and making sure every product that leaves your floor meets our quality standard. What you'll be doing Supervising and directing a small production team through daily prep, assembly, and packaging Setting daily targets, tracking output, and holding the team accountable to production benchmarks Spotting inefficiencies and making real-time adjustments to keep things moving Monitoring supply levels and flagging low inventory before it stops production Maintaining quality control at every stage — you are the last line of defense before product ships Communicating clearly with both your team, management and other departments in English and Spanish What we're looking for Fluent in English and Spanish — written and spoken. This is required. Proven experience leading a production, assembly, or manufacturing team Someone who can hold multiple things in their head at once and stay calm under pressure High attention to detail and a genuine pride in quality Organized, proactive, and always thinking two steps ahead Reliable Monday through Thursday — we count on you, occasional Fridays in peak production times.
