Together we strive for teamwork, transparency, respect, integrity, sustainability, learning, and fun! -- The Hill's Kitchen Production Juicer will oversee crafting fresh, high-quality juices for Hill's Kitchen Park City, wholesale clients, and satellite locations. In this role, you will manage the full production cycle from ingredient prep through bottling and labeling while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality in a commercial kitchen. You will collaborate with our culinary and operations teams to forecast production needs and optimize processes. During slower periods, you will assist with café prep and contribute to research and development for seasonal juice offerings. This position does not receive tips. Responsibilities Prepare and produce a variety of fresh juices, complete blends, and custom recipes. Coordinate with the General Manager's production schedules to ensure timely delivery to wholesale clients and our other locations. Operate, clean, and maintain juicing equipment and tools according to FDA and company sanitation standards. Monitor inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and supplies. Assist with packaging, labeling, and inventory management during slow production periods. Support café prep work, including ingredient chopping, station setup, and light front-of-house tasks. Collaborate on R&D to develop and test new juice recipes, seasonal specials, and functional blends. Syrup production for cafes Qualifications No prior experience required, though a minimum of 1 year of experience in juicing, food production, or a commercial kitchen environment is highly preferred. Availability to work Monday, Thursday, and Friday each week Food Handlers Permit must be obtained by the first day on the job to be compliant with the state of Utah Reliable transportation to and from work Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and quality Team-oriented Positive attitude Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs Knowledge of produce handling, yield calculations, and food safety regulations is a plus
