Role Description As a Cheesemaker at Arla Foods, you will have diverse responsibilities that include: Follow cheese production and sanitation procedures. Monitor milk utilization and equipment performance. Be responsible for cheese quality and cleanliness. Assist in the resolution of cheese production problems. Identify and communicate quality deviations and nonconforming product. A qualified candidate will have a Wisconsin Cheesemaker and pasteurizer license or obtain one within 1.5 years and ; 2 or more years of related experience or ; a combination of education and related experiences. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work well with others.
