Smokehouse Processor Full Time positions available from 5am - 1pm Monday-Friday Part Time positions available from 5am - 9am
Monday-Friday Pay Grade:

certified production facility that is run by a passionate team. Our pledge for quality has inspired a delicious line of seafood products. Duties and Responsibilities The Smokehouse Processer is primarily responsible for ensuring seafood products are prepared to specification and smoked according to company standards. The Smokehouse Processor plays a key role in cooking all the products that go through the company. From rinsing salmon to smoking trout, the Smokehouse Processor is an integral part of the Rushing Waters team.Some of the duties include:
Prepare raw food products for smoking, including but not limited to, cutting, rinsing, etc. Operate a wide variety of machinery, including but not limited to, commercial smoking equipment, packaging machines, mixers, grinders, scales, etc. Perform a variety of sanitation duties daily and assist with documentation to ensureFDA/HACCP
compliance standards are met. Qualifications Must be able to lift and move at least 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day. Ability to be in refrigerated cooler for up to one hour at a time Ability to work in a wet environment Ability to work independently and as a team at a quick efficient pace.
