Job Description

Position is open until filled Lincoln County School District #2 MUSICAL
PRODUCER JOB DESCRIPTION
Applicant must be positive, enthusiastic, person who enjoys working with high school students and the adult community. Must be willing to take direction from the musical advisor and work towards the development of high-quality productions. DUTIES Supervising students in accordance with established LCSD#2 policies and procedures Working with the Director on coordinating various aspects of the production (planning, scheduling, timetables, etc) Effectively communicating with all production staff and ensemble Working to ensure the right to musical materials and resources are in order Ensuring that resources related to the production are available to members of the production and secured properly when not in use (e.g. music, scripts, etc) Arranging publicity and advertising related to the production Managing the funds related to the production Arranging rentals and purchases related to the production Scheduling facilities Design of work with student designers on posters, programs, and cast t-shirts related to the production Arranging for and managing the sale of promotional items related to the production (e.g. t-shirts, programs, bottled water, etc) Please see Extra-Curricular salaries for current stipend amounts.
