As a Bus Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers, particularly Adult Special needs during their bus transportation to their day programs. This is a vital role in providing a positive and comfortable experience for all passengers. Assist our clients with boarding and exiting the bus safely Maintain order and discipline among passengers to ensure a safe and peaceful environment Monitor passenger behavior and address any issues or concerns promptly and appropriately Collaborate with the bus driver to ensure smooth operation of the bus route Communicate effectively with passengers, parents, and program staff Provide basic first aid assistance if needed Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bus interior Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
Strong behavior management skills, particularly when dealing with adult special needs. Proficient in English language (both verbal and written) (Per R D contract Attendant must be 21 years or older) This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to join our team today as a Bus Attendant and make a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
