Position Overview As a Car Wash First Assistant Manager , you'll support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless. Key Responsibilities Act as Manager-on-Duty in GM's absence Lead and coach team members Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve concerns Maintain safety and operational standards Manage equipment and inventory Recruit, train and develop staff Support profitability goals and performance metrics Perform general car wash duties as needed
