TCRC currently has full-time openings for Direct Support Persons working at its Morton Community Day Services facilities. The Day Training Direct Support Person is primarily responsible for the implementation of written, individual, and group programming plans and providing direct contact / care for our service recipients. Ride and assist with loading and unloading the bus as well as ensure the safety of all people supported that use the bus for transportation to and from our community day services program. Start and end the day with the bus in Pekin. Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm Excellent Benefits! Interested applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to pass criminal background checks. A DSP Certificate, experience assisting persons with developmental disabilities, and certification in First Aid/CPR are helpful. Individual must have a valid driver's license, current personal automobile insurance coverage, and meet TCRC's criteria as an acceptable insured driver. EOE -
