Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Bus Monitor to ensure the safety and well-being of students during their bus rides. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Supervise students on the bus to maintain order and safety
• Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus
• Implement behavior management strategies when necessary
• Communicate effectively with students, bus drivers, and school staff
• Provide support to students with special needs as required Skills
• Experience working with children or in a childcare setting
• Ability to educate and engage students during the bus ride
• Familiarity with classroom dynamics and student behavior management
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students and staff
• Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus
• Background in special education or conflict management is advantageous
