Job Description
A School Bus Safety Assistant (Bus Monitor) helps the driver transport students safely, manage student behavior, and assist children while they get on and off the bus. Main Duties Supervise students to keep order and safety while the bus moves. Secure passengers by fastening seat belts, harnesses, or wheelchair clamps. Assist children with safe loading and unloading at schools and bus stops. Communicate with parents, teachers, and school staff about student behavior or medical needs.
