• Private Kids Transportation EK4kids is a private transportation company specializing in safe, reliable transportation for children, working primarily with private schools.

This is not a traditional school bus attendant position . You will be assisting on our 15-passenger shuttle buses and supporting our transportation team. Flexible Schedule We are looking for a reliable person who can work 1-2 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as needed.

• Morning and/or afternoon shifts

EK4kids will provide training to help you understand our procedures, safety expectations, and role on the shuttle. We are looking to train and have someone ready to start as early as this week! Duties Supervise students during bus rides to ensure their safety and comfort. Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus, providing support as needed. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding any concerns or incidents. Support students with special needs by adapting to their individual requirements. Monitor student interactions to prevent conflicts and promote positive relationships. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bus environment. Qualifications Experience working with children is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required. Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting the development of young learners.
