Part-time position, approximately 6 hours per day, Monday through Friday, during the school year.
Pay:

Role:
Do you enjoy working with children aged 3 to 5? Join CenClear's Preschool team and make a meaningful impact every day. As a Bus Aide, you'll help ensure safe, reliable transportation for children ages 3-5. This part-time role offers a chance to contribute to your community in a supportive, child-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
Start and finish each day at CenClear's Houtzdale Center while assisting with transportation for the CenClear Preschool classes in Houtzdale and Coalport. Schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 6 hours per day, split between morning and afternoon routes. Position follows the school calendar with approximately 170-180 workdays per year; mandatory training sessions occur during the summer. Support children ages 3 to 5 during transportation Assist with safe boarding and exiting of the bus Ensure children are securely fastened in seat belts Follow designated pick-up and drop-off schedules Partner with the bus driver to maintain a safe and orderly environment Communicate with parents as needed about transportation logistics Complete and submit required paperwork in a timely manner
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or G.E.D. Experience working with young children Documented good physical health Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate Perks You'll Love (Based on Hours Worked): Meaningful work that positively impacts families and communities.
