Description Laila's Way Behavioral Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Bus Aides to support the safe transportation of children and adolescents receiving behavioral health services. The Bus Aide is responsible for assisting with client supervision during transportation, monitoring and responding to behavioral needs, supporting safe loading and unloading procedures, and documenting client behaviors and interventions that occur during transportation routes. The Bus Aide plays an important role in maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment while clients travel to and from services.
