Job Description

Primary Responsibilities and Duties Confers with management to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training for employees to better understand policies, procedures and regulations Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods to be utilized. Coordinates, performs and oversees on-the-job training. Maintains files and records as necessary Tests trainees to evaluate employee comprehension. Reports on progress of employees during training period Performs weekly audits to ensure safety and regulation compliance. This descriptions is intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described. It is not an exhaustive list of all functions, responsibilities, skills and abilities. The PAX Trainer will follow programs that instruct employees on serving the needs of the individual airline and the associated servicing requirements of the aircraft in accordance with airline and Menzies Aviation policies and procedures. Qualifications Must have at least 2 years Passenger Service Agent experience Must pass pre-employment medical and drug test, ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Good Interpersonal, communicative skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions & procedure manual Ability to write routing reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate with a diverse group of employees Additional duties as assigned.
