Responsibilities Supervise daily car wash operations, including vehicle cleaning, detailing, buffing, and window tinting services Lead and motivate a team of car wash attendants to deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to company standards, paying attention to detail in washing, polishing, and interior cleaning Maintain a safe, organized workspace by enforcing safety protocols and cleanliness standards across the facility Manage customer interactions by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations Support inventory management for cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment parts Requirements Proven experience in customer service within automotive or custodial environments Hands-on knowledge of car wash techniques including detailing, buffing, window tinting, and general cleaning procedures Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage daily operations effectively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred for assisting with vehicle movement when necessary Experience in janitorial or custodial work is highly desirable; familiarity with safety standards is a plus Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude focused on delivering exceptional service Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and detailed cleaning activities Join us as a Car Wash Assistant Manager and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing top-tier vehicle care!
