Responsibilities
- Oversee daily car wash operations and keep service running efficiently.
- Schedule, train, and support staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Check wash quality and ensure safe operation of equipment and handling of supplies.
- Monitor equipment, inventory, and site cleanliness; report maintenance needs promptly.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Support sales efforts and help customers understand available wash services and memberships.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, inventory, and staff attendance. Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Supervisory or management experience; car wash or related service experience is helpful.
- Ability to organize daily priorities, solve problems, and follow safety procedures.
- Dependable, hands-on approach and attention to service quality.
