Job Description

Job Title:
Student Services Bus Monitor Job Type:
Part-Time - approximately 10 hours per week
Job Overview & Duties Safe Transport:
Help students safely enter, exit, and secure themselves on the vehicle.
Behavioral/Social-emotional Support:
Support assigned student(s) during bus travel, monitor student conduct and help bus driver to maintain order during transit.
Record Keeping:
Track attendance, maintain ridership logs, and submit behavior reports as needed. Requirements in
Vermont Schedule:
Part-time, split-shift positions covering morning and afternoon (and sometimes mid-day) school runs.
Qualifications:
Criminal record and child abuse/neglect registry checks are legally required. Dependability and calmness under pressure are essential Internal candidates may apply if their work schedule allows
