The Alaska Club is currently hiring Camp Counselors for our Fairbanks South location. We are a state-wide network of fitness clubs offering state-of-the-art facilities for all things fitness. We offer camp programs throughout the year for kids ages 5-12. The role of Camp Counselor is a fun and dynamic position that offers a great team environment and flexible work schedule. Our Camp counselors foster a fun environment for kids by facilitating a variety of activities to keep kids active and stimulated. Join our team and help develop your leadership and teaching skills. This is a great opportunity for students or parents seeking part-time work. Potential opportunity for additional hours as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard. Benefits of working at

Requirements:
18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Ability to multi-task and lead group activities (arts & crafts, sports, games, etc) Prior camp experience (preferred)
Working Conditions:
Supervising and accounting for kids ages 5-12 Ensuring the safety of all camp kids Supporting fellow Camp Counselors and cooperating as a team Standing and moving to facilitate activities
