As a Specialty Instructor, you'll help our members stay active, build friendships, and maintain the physical and mental well-being that comes from moving together.

What You'll Do:

Lead safe, welcoming classes tailored to diverse audiences Maintain certifications on annual basis or as certifications require Help keep your classroom clean and organized after each session Provide excellent internal and external customer service. Create a positive experience for participants and staff through professional and courteous behavior. Who This is

People who have training and certification in fitness of life enrichment activities Those with a passion for helping people and serving the community Great leaders with a sense of fun and excitement about bringing your class together Classes are scheduled based on your availability and room availability at the Recreation Center. Example of Duties and/or Qualifications Strong customer service skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong oral communications skills with a variety of audiences. Strong reasoning, analysis, and problem-solving skills combined with excellent judgment and professionalism. What We'll Need From You A class proposal which should include A curriculum or plan for the class Your subject/focus area Your target audience Supplies you would need Space requirements Time needed for the class A minimum and maximum number for participants Your certification and training A short write up on what the class is to be used for marketing How to Apply How to Apply Click on the "Apply" button on the top right hand corner.
