PROGRAM STAFF
Capstone Treatment Center | Searcy, AR Full-Time
  • Year-Round | Day & Night Shifts Available
ABOUT THE ROLE
  • At Capstone Treatment Center, no two days look the same.
As Program Staff, you'll be in the middle of it all — working alongside clients in a 24-hour residential behavioral health facility, walking with them through real transformation in a Christ-centered environment built on accountability, community, and purpose. Due to the nature of the role, this position is only open to male candidates. You'll be moving, leading, and doing life alongside people who need exactly what you have to give.

  • Ensure the safety, care, and well-being of clients throughout every shift
  • Actively participate in daily client activities — free time, meals, group sessions, and workouts
  • Lead and teach adventure day activities that push clients to grow
  • Supervise canine training and encourage clients in animal care responsibilities
  • Model accountability, respect, and Christ-centered character in everything you do
  • Stay alert and engaged for the full duration of your shift
