Rancho de los Caballeros is seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused individual to fill the dual role of Reservationist & Activity Coordinator. This position combines reservation management with coordinating memorable guest activities, ensuring an exceptional ranch experience from booking to departure.

Reservationist Job Summary:

Providing excellent customer service to handle incoming guest reservations. They connect and understand the guests needs and make the correct reservation. The reservationist role involves crafting guest experience and informing the guest of all of the offerings of the ranch. They also ensure guest stays are smooth. They communicate with guests at the highest level of hospitality and integrity and accommodate guest's special requests whenever possible.

Concierge/Activity Coordinator Job Summary:

As a hotel concierge/Activity Coordinator you will assist guests with a variety of needs. Concierges focus on helping guests save time and ensure things are as convenient and pleasant as possible throughout their stay. Activities Coordinator helps guests to coordinate memorable activities arounds the ranch.

Reservationist Job Responsibilities/Duties :

Takes guest reservations Works the telephone console Answers questions Transfers calls Makes copies Acts as information central Handles guest complaints Arranges for guest transport Basic Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands including nights, weekends and Holidays as needed

Concierge/Activity Coordinator Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests. Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements. Understand customers' needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel. Acquire intensive knowledge of premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations. Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel guests. Answer the phones and make reservations for activities, dinner transportation etc. Respond to complaints and find appropriate solutions.
