The Role:
As the Assistant Membership Director, you'll be a key player in our sales force. Your ability to inspire and guide your team will directly impact your commission potential and contribute to the overall success of our fitness community.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute strategic membership sales plans Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass targets Provide exceptional customer service to cultivate positive member relationships Collaborate with Membership Director to implement effective external marketing strategies Conduct sales training sessions, focusing on strategies to drive individual and team commissions
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, especially in a commission-driven environment Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Motivational leadership style with a focus on achieving and surpassing personal and team goals Passion for health and fitness Desire to grow management skillset and experience Ability to work nights and weekends Other tasks and duties as may be assigned day to day
Pay Range:
(Tier 2 AMD) : $18.40 per hour plus $27.60 overtime hourly. Commissions and Monthly bonus opportunities.
