QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age requirement of sixteen (16) years
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Swimming ability to pass Lifeguarding certification
- Knowledge of stroke techniques
- Previous competitive swimming experience desired but not required
