i9 Sports in Highland, CA is looking for an energetic and passionate Sports Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee youth sports leagues, programs, and events at local facilities Manage game schedules, field/court reservations, and equipment logistics Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer coaches and referees Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, participants, and facility staff Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all players and families Handle program registration, rosters, and participant communications Resolve on-site issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Prior experience in sports administration, recreation coordination, or youth programming preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and customer service skills with families and community members Ability to work weekends and evenings as required by league schedules CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Passion for youth sports and community engagement Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in
