A Recreation or Activities Worker leads tours and vacation trips in outdoor or wilderness areas. Leads hiking, rafting, canoeing, climbing or diving activities for a group. Provides specialized knowledge about the history, terrain, ecology or wildlife for the tour. Manages transportation, equipment and provisions and assists with cooking.

Job Description We are looking for a passionate, responsible, professional, and reliable Full-Time Sports Assistant with a strong interest in golf, baseball, and other sports . The primary responsibility of this position is to assist with daily training arrangements, support the development of golf and baseball skills, and accompany the employer during daily training sessions, competitions, and sports-related activities. The assistant will help support continuous improvement in athletic performance and personal development. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily physical fitness training related to golf and baseball , as well as other sports and fitness activities as needed. Develop and implement daily golf and baseball training and skill-development plans, track training progress, and communicate with coaches to continuously adjust and improve the training program. Assist with scheduling and planning golf and baseball activities, competitions, training sessions, and related events. Record and track training and competition performance and provide weekly performance records and feedback reports. Provide local transportation to and from training facilities, educational facilities, and other relevant locations. Accompany the employer to out-of-state competitions and assist with related travel planning. Provide patient, positive communication and companionship, as well as necessary learning and educational support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above. A professional background or extensive practical experience in golf and baseball is preferred. Passion for golf, baseball, and other sports, with hands-on training experience. Knowledge of golf and baseball techniques and training methods. Experience as a training partner, caddie, or assistant coach is preferred. Knowledge of U.S. golf and baseball competitions and event coordination is a plus. Excellent communication skills, patience, and professionalism. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently. Willingness to work on weekends or holidays based on training schedules. Willingness to travel as required, including accompanying the employer to training sessions, competitions, and golf-related events. Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record and safe driving skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Professional golf and/or baseball training background or relevant coaching certification. Experience in youth education or sports education is preferred. Ability and willingness to commit to a long-term position. Genuine passion for golf, sports, and supporting an athlete's development and growth .
