Napa Valley Care Center is looking for an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team and help create meaningful experiences for our residents every day. What You'll Do As an Activities Assistant, you'll help organize and lead engaging programs that promote socialization, wellness, and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with daily activity programs, events, and outings Encouraging resident participation and engagement Building positive relationships with residents and families Setting up and cleaning activity areas Supporting holiday celebrations, games, crafts, exercise programs, and special events Transporting residents to and from activities as needed Helping create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment Qualifications Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Compassion for seniors and a desire to improve their quality of life Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to plan, organize, and lead group activities Previous experience in activities, recreation, customer service, caregiving, or healthcare preferred but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Why Join Napa Valley Care Center?
