Job Description

SALARY RANGE
$18.00 per hour. Lead GTS Kids Camp Counselor assists Director of Tennis with running a smooth operation of the GTS (Golf
  • Tennis
  • Swim) Camp. Essential Functions Must adhere to the company's Service culture
  • 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag. Successfully engages and redirects the attention of multiple children during ongoing exercises and activities. Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings. Ensure kids are safe at all times. Monitoring signing in and our records. Ensure kids have their equipment and personal belongings. Adhere to kids' lunch and pool schedule. Support the tennis team and assist as needed. Abide by all resort policies and safety rules. Perform other duties as requested by management. Qualifications Previous experience working with kids is preferred. CPR & First Aid Certifications. Strong communication and organizational skills. Lifeguard certification is required. Work Conditions and Schedule Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Medium work
  • Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Must be able to stand and work for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, stoop or reach as needed. Must be able to work in an outdoor environment with varying temperatures, including temperatures above 100° F. Physical exertion (jogging, running, bending, twisting).
