Activity Assistant (Part-Time) Medical Hill Healthcare Center Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Activity Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create and lead engaging activities that enhance the quality of life, social engagement, and emotional well-being of our residents. Medical Hill Healthcare Center Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities for residents. Encourage resident participation and engagement in scheduled programs. Set up and clean up activity areas before and after events. Escort residents to and from activities as needed. Support holiday celebrations, special events, and community outings. Maintain activity supplies and equipment. Document resident attendance and participation. Foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all residents. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience working with seniors, healthcare, recreation, or activities programs is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to assist residents with varying levels of mobility and cognitive function.
