PalmValleyCC Hours:

Variable shifts, typically between 7:30 am

4:00 pm (subject to department needs)

Job Summary:

Provide customer service in the Racquet Shop & on court, assist members and guests, and support daily operations as directed by the Racquet Sports Director.

Responsibilities:

Operate point-of-sale and court reservation systems. Assist with court bookings, event registration, and member inquiries. Maintain a clean, organized shop and grounds. Provide product knowledge and promote sales. Arrange matches and support events as needed. Retail & inventory tasks necessary. Communicate clearly with members, staff, and guests.

Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred. Customer service or hospitality experience (sports/club setting preferred). Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Canva/Adobe). Knowledge of tennis and pickleball helpful. Court Reservation software experience preferred.

Must follow club dress code and professional standards. Some physical activity required (court/grounds walk-throughs). Duties may change as needed.
