We are searching for someone with a positive attitude who can truly engage with our residents and help make every day special. What You'll Do Lead and assist with fun group and one-on-one activities Build meaningful relationships with residents Encourage participation in games, crafts, music, exercise, and social events Help organize resident outings and special events Assist with monthly activity calendars and attendance tracking Support residents' emotional, mental, and social well-being Create a warm, welcoming, and positive environment What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate personality Someone who enjoys working with seniors and making connections Creative, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to motivate and encourage resident participation High school diploma or equivalent required Long-term care or senior care experience preferred, but not required Why Join Our Team?
