• $23 per hour, based on experience About us Boston's Pizza Restaurant & Sports Bar is opening at 246 Gibson Dr in Roseville!

We're known for our pizza, pasta, wings and more, and we're looking for a strong kitchen leader to help open our kitchen and set the standard from day one. What you'll do Lead the kitchen team during your shift: line cooks, prep and dishwashers Run the line and expo during rushes, keeping ticket times and food quality on target Work any station as needed: pizza, grill, fryer or cut/prep Check prep lists, receive deliveries, rotate stock and help with inventory Enforce food safety, temperature logs and cleanliness standards Open and close the kitchen and complete shift checklists Train new cooks and help build our opening kitchen team What we're looking for 2+ years of line cook experience, including at least 1 year as a lead cook, kitchen supervisor or trainer Can work every station; pizza oven experience a strong plus Organized, fast and a steady leader during busy rushes High-volume or chain/franchise kitchen experience a plus Open availability including evenings, weekends and game days California Food Protection Manager certification preferred (or willing to get it)
