Activities Assistant Marin Post Acute | Full-Time | Starting at $18/hour Marin Post Acute is looking for an enthusiastic, creative Activities Assistant to help bring our resident activities program to life! If you enjoy connecting with people, planning fun events, and making a real difference in residents' daily lives, this could be the perfect role for you. What You'll Do Help plan and lead individual, small-group, and large-group activities for residents Assist in creating the monthly activity calendar and track attendance Support resident outings and coordinate transportation as needed Encourage residents to join hobbies, crafts, and other self-directed activities Provide in-room activities for bed-bound or isolated residents Assist with resident assessments, care plans, and quarterly progress notes Communicate with residents, families, staff, and outside community contacts Keep the Activities Department clean, organized, and secure Support discharge planning related to activities and resident engagement What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent One year of experience in a long-term care facility preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, patient, and compassionate approach to working with seniors Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and schedules Why Join Marin Post Acute?
