Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years' experience with Senior Living Have 3 years' experience in conducting group activities and events or completed CA Activity Certification course and at least 2 years of related experience. Current Class B drivers' license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. Cares Dementia Advanced Care Certification, preferred Must have strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multitask.
