Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Hunting Guide to lead and educate clients in the art of hunting. Housing is included. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hunting Guide, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience for all participants while fostering a deep appreciation for wildlife and the outdoors. Responsibilities Lead hunting expeditions while ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients. Educate clients on hunting techniques, wildlife identification, and ethical hunting practices. Provide clear instructions and guidance to enhance the hunting experience. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage time efficiently to ensure all aspects of the hunting trip are conducted smoothly. Maintain equipment and ensure all necessary supplies are available for each outing. Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork and camaraderie among participants. Utilize public speaking skills to engage clients during briefings and educational sessions. Be adaptable to various weather conditions and terrains while guiding hunts. Experience Previous experience as a Hunting Guide or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse groups of individuals. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for clients. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a wider range of clients. Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in dynamic environments. A passion for wildlife conservation and outdoor activities is essential.
