You will perform a variety of duties to assist our residents in attaining and/or maintaining their highest practical physical, mental and social well-being. The Recreation Aide position is a full time position working eight hours a day, five days a week which includes working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). We offer excellent benefits and competitive pay. Havencare is an equal employer.
Recreation Aide Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Assist in planning and conducting activities Prepare and organize supplies needed to conduct activities Monitor dining room during meal times Assist residents with daily living skills as needed Assist with resident outings and planned activities Maintain a safe environment for our residents
Recreation Aide Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in activities or other related field Strong work ethic Caring and compassionate demeanor Ability to work as part of a team
