Purpose:

Assists in managing all aspects of the camp program, including staff and financial management, and clerical activities such as customer support and database maintenance. Will plan and coordinate the execution of events and program activities during the camp season. The position starts 5/4/2026 and ends on 8/14/2026. This is an overnight camp stay. The hours, days of work, and work location are established as needed by operations and at the direction of the Camp Director and may be adjusted to meet the camp's needs as management requires.

Qualifications:

Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings. Must possess a valid Driver's License that meets company standards for approved driver status. Must possess basic computer and communication skills and be proficient in the English language. Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have two years or more of summer camp recreational activities and clerical work experience. Essential Functions Assist the Camp Manager in overseeing all camp activities and event programs. Plan and implement a diverse calendar of activities, such as games, crafts, outings, and specialevents. Conduct needs assessments to understand participants' interests and preferences. Monitor attendance, participant engagement, and feedback to continually improve programming. Serve as liaison between the local entities, camp authorities, and other camp operators Ensure all activities are conducted safely, adhering to established guidelines and protocols. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and provide regular updates to management. Perform a variety of clerical duties within the administrative office. Demonstrate proficiency in English (both written and verbal) as this role involves direct care andcommunication with adults receiving services, including medical terminology.
