Looking for More Than Just a Part-Time Job? Most part-time jobs teach you how to complete tasks. The Fit Body Leadership Academy is designed to teach you how to lead. This selective, paid development program is built for motivated high school and college students who want to gain real-world experience in leadership, business, customer service, fitness, entrepreneurship, and professional development. Participants work alongside the leadership team at one of the top-performing Fit Body Boot Camp locations in the world while receiving mentorship, certifications, career development opportunities, and hands-on experience operating a successful business. Whether your future goals include college, entrepreneurship, management, business ownership, sales, healthcare, fitness, or leadership, the skills learned through this program will help set you apart. Program Cohorts The Leadership Academy operates in three-month cohorts: Fall Cohort September
- November Winter Cohort January
- March Spring Cohort April
- June Summer Cohort Flexible scheduling based on participant availability and business needs.
Schedule Options Applicants may apply for one of the following tracks:
Morning Track:
3 week days 4:30 AM
AM Evening Track:
Two weekdays 4:00 PM
- 7:00 PM Participants are expected to commit to their selected schedule for the duration of the program.
What You'll Do Leadership Academy participants play an active role in creating an exceptional experience for our members while learning how a successful fitness business operates.
Responsibilities may include:
Opening and preparing the facility Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Greeting members and providing exceptional customer service Assisting with member check-in Setting up and resetting workout stations Supporting coaches during sessions Assisting with member recognition and community engagement Capturing photos and videos for social media Assisting with events and special projects Supporting administrative and operational initiatives Learning business systems and daily operations Leadership Academy Curriculum Month 1: Foundation & Certification Participants will learn: Workplace professionalism Time management Accountability Team communication Facility operations Customer service standards Member experience fundamentals Fit Body culture and values Participants will also complete: CPR/AED Certification Fit Body Coach Certification Coursework Successful completion of the Fit Body Coach Certification coursework during Month 1 is required to advance into the coaching development portion of the program.
