Collaborate with the activity coordinator and other staff to develop new programs. Document resident participation and report any concerns or changes in behavior. Provide companionship and support to residents during activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in recreational therapy, caregiving, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with elderly or disabled individuals. Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor. Basic computer skills for documentation purposes. Work Environment This position is based in a residential care facility in Newark, DE.
