Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $60 commission per class. We are hiring Spin Instructors, but Instructors with multiple certifications can pick up other classes as well.

Responsibilities:
Provide professional, safe, and practical classes that offer ongoing motivation and feedback to participants. Create enthusiastic and energetic class environments. Place specific emphasis on safety and proper movement execution. Assist the site manager in the marketing, promotion, and tracking of classes. Provide management with any feedback received from class participants. Provide recommendations on industry trends, equipment, and ideas to enhance the group exercise program. Maintains certifications and licenses as required for the position. Abides by uniform and grooming standards.
Qualifications:
A passion for fitness/group activity. Strong communication skills. Strong customer service/sales orientation. Strong individual and team contributor. Prior experience preferred; national certification is required.
