We are seeking energetic, passionate and motivated Membership Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate has a background in fitness or, enjoys working with people of all ages and is eager to inspire others through fitness. As a membership counselor, your job is to introduce potential members to the LA Fitness Brand. As a membership counselor you will assist in the marketing of our facility and growing the LA Fitness Brand. You will need to be able to show and explain the amenities, prices, benefits, and above all else give the best first impression possible.

• Sales experience (preferred)
• Fitness knowledge (preferred)
• Must be able to work weekends The goal of this position is to get you trained and developed to become an Assistant General Manager.

This will happen after you've gone through training, developed your skillset, and acquired the experience needed to succeed.
