Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recreational programs and activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents Collaborate with the therapy team to incorporate exercise and cognitive stimulation into daily activities Plan and execute special events, outings, and celebrations that bring joy and excitement to our residents Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance, participation, and progress Work closely with the activities team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and local organizations to secure resources and support for our residents

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers as needed Must be able to pass a Level two background check
