We are looking for experienced adult Camp Counselors / Youth Activity Coaches to join Camp Unbeatables for our upcoming Winter Camp, with opportunities to return for Spring Break, Summer Camp, and other youth programs throughout the year. This is not an entry-level supervision position. We are looking for confident, responsible adults who already have experience working with groups of children and can independently lead, engage, and manage an assigned group throughout the camp day. For more than 15 years, Camp Unbeatables has created engaging camp experiences that combine recreation, sports, creativity, friendships, fun, and practical life skills. Our campers range from ages 5-14 , with children organized into age-appropriate groups. What You'll Do Independently supervise and manage an assigned group of campers Lead games, sports, recreational, creative, and group activities Keep children actively engaged and participating throughout the day Manage behavior positively, confidently, and consistently Guide campers through activities, meals, transitions, and daily routines Encourage teamwork, friendships, inclusion, and positive choices Maintain a safe, organized, and fun environment Work closely with camp leadership and other team members Respond calmly and responsibly to unexpected situations Serve as a positive and professional role model for campers Who We're Looking For This opportunity is especially well suited for experienced camp counselors, teachers, teacher assistants, substitute teachers, coaches, PE professionals, recreation staff, after-school professionals, and youth program leaders. Ideal candidates are energetic and fun with children, but also mature enough to take ownership of their group without requiring constant supervision. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Previous professional or substantial hands-on experience working with groups of children Strong group-management and leadership skills Comfortable independently supervising and leading groups of campers Reliable, responsible, punctual, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable participating in indoor and outdoor activities Able to work collaboratively as part of a team Reliable transportation Must successfully complete required background screening and employment documentation Schedule & Opportunities This is a full-time position with recurring seasonal opportunities . We are currently building our team for Winter Camp , with opportunities for strong team members to return for: Spring Break Camp, Summer Camp and Other youth programs throughout the year Top-performing team members may also be considered for additional opportunities with The Unbeatables Academy and The Unbeatables Life Lab. Compensation $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. We are looking for people who want more than simply watching children.
