Lake Haven Nursing and Rehab Center 1351 San Christopher Dr, Dunedin, FL 34698 Looking for an activities assistant CNA license preferred! Job duties include but not limited to: Following activities calendar

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT LICENSE REQUIRED

Encouraging resident participation Following the resident's plan of care regarding activities Complete room visits/ 1:1 visits Update the activity log for each resident daily Work alongside the Activities Director to update activities based on resident preferences
