Activities Assistant Oasis at the Conch Republic , Key West, Florida, United States As an Activities Assistant at Oasis at the Conch Republic , you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by planning and implementing engaging recreational activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and overall well-being. Role:
As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing activities programs that cater to the diverse interests of our residents, including arts and crafts, games, exercise classes, and social events. Coordinating with caregivers and other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication. Conducting assessments and gather feedback to continuously improve the activities program and ensure resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or experience in activities programming preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families. Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate activities and maintain accurate records.
