Job Responsibilities Follow, execute and assist with all daily responsibilities including cabana/bike rentals, answering the phone, checking voicemails, handing out guest towels, daily activities, slide monitoring rotations and guest safety checks. Professionally and efficiently greet and check guests into the Water Park and provide general resort information to guests upon request. Organize and maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times. Provide flawless and friendly customer service interactions with all external and internal guests. Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and guidelines. Organize and maintain quality assurance of Water Park front desk and recreation equipment, while maintaining outstanding levels of guest service. Perform daily procedures such as POS operations, EOD reports, filing bike rental forms, including taking payments. Provide great public relations and keep abreast of resort and local happenings, all to be of better service to the guests and to keep current on recreational trends. Assist with keeping bike storage and towel bins organized and in good condition. Able to work well with the resort guests, co-workers and management, while displaying a consistent guest/customer service-oriented attitude. Understand safety guidelines for renting out equipment and bikes to members and guests. Answer the phone and speak with guests in a professional manner. Setting up park including setting out bikes, recreational equipment, and set up other general water park areas. Advertise and upsell various recreational activities and special events. Sell and maintain cabana rentals. Engaging in activities with guests and ensuring the activity areas are clean at all times. Work and assist as slide operator ensuring guest safety. Lock all equipment up and gate at the end of park close. Assist other Water Park staff with daily cleaning at the end of night to close up park in a timely manner. Maintain office supply levels at the desk to be prepared at the start of each shift. Ensure customer satisfaction is met with the highest standard and regard for the overall guest experience. Complete any additional duties/tasks assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Previous customer service, hospitality, recreation, or resort experience preferred. Must possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write, and understand English in order to interact with guests, understand safety procedures, and perform job duties. Must be professional, dependable, and maintain a positive guest-service attitude at all times. Must be trained or willing to obtain certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and sun exposure.
