We are seeking a compassionate and organized professional to support individuals in engaging, meaningful, and enjoyable daily activities. In this role, you will help create a positive environment by planning, coordinating, and facilitating programs that promote social interaction, physical movement, cognitive engagement, and overall well-being. Work days are Tuesday-Saturday. What You Will Do Assist in planning and leading group and group activities tailored to individual interests and abilities. Encourage participation and provide supportive guidance to help create a welcoming experience for all participants. Prepare activity materials, set up spaces, and ensure programs run smoothly and safely. Observe participant engagement and respond appropriately to needs, preferences, and feedback. Support special events, recreational programs, themed activities, and seasonal celebrations. Maintain accurate records related to attendance, participation, and activity outcomes as needed. Collaborate with team members to develop creative ideas that enhance the daily experience of participants. Promote a respectful, inclusive, and uplifting atmosphere at all times. Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and follow instructions. Comfort leading activities for individuals or groups in a structured setting. Basic computer or documentation skills, depending on the work environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in recreation, caregiving, senior services, education, or a related support role. Familiarity with activity planning, group facilitation, or participant engagement. First aid or CPR certification may be preferred in some settings.
