Job Overview We are seeking a passionate Activities Director to join our team in creating engaging and fulfilling experiences for seniors in our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a diverse range of activities to cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
- Coordinate and lead group activities, outings, and events
- Collaborate with staff to integrate activities into individual care plans
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and preferences
- Ensure activities comply with safety regulations and enhance overall well-being Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact compassionately with seniors
