Cycle Sports Center is expanding our sales team! We're searching for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Consultant who enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Family-owned and serving the powersports community since 1987, Cycle Sports Center has built a strong reputation for outstanding customer service, industry expertise, and quality products. Our dealership represents leading manufacturers, including Yamaha, Kawasaki, KTM, and Polaris Slingshot , offering an exciting lineup of motorcycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other recreational vehicles. What You'll Do As a member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to connect with powersports enthusiasts, develop customer relationships, and contribute directly to the dealership's success.

Your daily activities will include:

Engage with showroom visitors and prospective buyers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles. Present motorcycles while explaining performance, features, available options, and current incentives. Manage customer interactions from the initial introduction through the completion of the sale. Generate new business through customer follow-ups, referrals, and relationship building. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, and new model releases. Collaborate with dealership management and the finance, parts, and service teams to provide an outstanding purchasing experience. Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and other dealership communication channels. Keep vehicle displays and showroom areas organized and customer-ready. Contribute to monthly sales objectives through consistent prospecting and strong closing skills. Represent our dealership at promotional events and other customer engagement activities. Complete required sales paperwork accurately and follow dealership procedures. Qualifications:

At least 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in powersports, automotive, or a related industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of customers. Confidence in presenting products, handling objections, and closing sales. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent time management, organization, and follow-through. Ability to work effectively with coworkers and dealership leadership. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
